I have been able to successfully utilise Pilates to help my clients correct or prevent injuries. Pilates has allowed me personally to recover from two pregnancies and restore my body to its strong and lean state and along the way has given me a passion for helping others who are in pain or wanting to feel better in their own skin.

I specialise in Weight Loss, Nutrition and Weight Management, Fitness, Post-natal rehabilitation.

I live, dream and eat fitness. Every single day I challenge myself to keep getting better both physically and emotionally. I’ve travelled extensively with my family and lived in a few countries across the globe before making South Africa our home.

With two young kids in the house, I know how balancing family and career can be a challenging task. And I strongly believe that finding time for yourself, your body and your health is so important, and can be a great example for the family.

I see my mission as being able to empower people to create sustainable lifestyle and habits for lasting health, happiness and confidence.

I had my first introduction to bodybuilding while I was in high school when I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Reg Park, a bodybuilder from the 1980’s. Reg showed me photos of him training with Mr Olympia winners Arnold Schwarzenegger and Frank Zane. He also passed on Muscle and Fitness magazines from the 1970’s and from that moment on, I fell in love with the sport.

I have competed as a bodybuilder and entered five bodybuilding shows and having spent time prepping and being on stage, I have assisted other professional athletes successfully prepare for their shows. I plan on hitting the stage again to prepare my best package yet.

Since qualifying as a personal trainer, I have been given the opportunity to assist people in reaching their fitness goals that in turn allows them to reach their potential in everything they do. I believe wholeheartedly that a healthy lifestyle can change your entire life.

January 2018 was the start of an amazing journey. I was an insecure woman, I hated my body, I felt like everyone was better than me. I felt empty inside, I had no desire to improve myself because I had no drive and no desire to accomplish anything in life because in my mind, I was not capable of achieving anything. After seeing my vacation photos of December 2017, I made the decision to change my life for good. I changed to a healthier lifestyle. I spent my lunch hours day in and day out grinding in the gym. somehow, when I was training, my mind cleared. I loved it so much that now I was focusing more on my weights and reps than “feeling sorry for myself”. I unlocked my passion.

In august 2018 I decided to get assistance from an experienced coach, Jason Nafte. he took me to the next level. I entered my first bodybuilding competition, PCA Provincials, and took placed first in the ladies toned figure cate- gory. this fuelled my fire. Two weeks later I won the PCA South African Championships, competing against the best of the best in South Africa. In October 2018 I represented South Africa in the PCA World Championships that was held in Birmingham, Great Britain. My passion for this sport and lifestyle has grown so much that I have changed my career to helping other individuals change their mindset, to realise that life is beautiful, that they are capable of becoming what they have always wanted to be. To show them that this is possible for anyone with a strong will and determination. I believe to be anything but average. The easiest thing to do is give up, the hardest it so keeps going.

As your trainer I will help you believe in yourself and help you uncover your own strengths and motivation. Dominate today, your ultimate goal is to be better than yesterday.

I started my fitness journey at BDA desperate for a change but somewhat lost and overwhelmed. I was skinny and had low self-confidence from years of bullying because of being skinny. I tried to take on this journey alone but found little to no results due to my lack of knowledge.

After a couple months I took the first step to a greater life and began to talk to the trainers and hired Jason Nafte as my coach. One year later and I can honestly say that my life has done a complete 360. I’ve grown drastically in both my muscle size and confidence. I have taken my new-found love for training further by studying and learning as much as I can about fitness so that I can offer the same help I needed when I started.

After my very first class, I felt like I had finally found “home”. I completed my two year instructor’s training course, and have instructed students of all ages, sizes and abilities. Yoga requires only your body, mind and the force of gravity. Aside from the obvious physical benefits like flexibility and strength tailored and designed by your own body’s ability, weight and structure, it is a panacea for relieving stress and for teaching the body and mental pathways to heal themselves. From my background in boxing, I have witnessed how boxing can help improve self-esteem, build character and most importantly instill discipline. I have trained bullies and victims of bullying and both have learned how to fight without initiating confrontations. I aim to teach individuals how to above all else have self-respect and respect for others.
