About Group Classes

As a value added benefit to its members, BDA Gym now offers free group classes (with the exception to the Krav Maga classes) to its members.


Pilates Classes

Pilates focusses on fitness, strength and flexibility. It includes resistance training, body conditioning as well as sports-specific training in order to create more effective body awareness and optimise muscle efficiency.


Yoga Classes

Yoga has been proven to increase flexibility as well as improve muscle strength and tone. With Yoga you will experience improved respiration, energy and vitality. There is an added benefit of also maintaining a balanced metabolism and improved athletic performance.


Boxing

Boxing teaches you strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, nerve and power. If your aim is to get into gret shape while improving your cadiovascular health then boxing is for you.


Krav Maga Classes

From the basics of fundamental self-defence for beginners, through to advanced combative skills and the tactical use of weapons, we can equip anyone at any level. In addition to learning how to defend yourself physically, you’ll also learn how to increase your awareness, read body language and avoid potential danger.


Bootcamp

We have created a combination of a team atmoshpere, and intense cadiovascular workouts and fitness education during our bootcamp sessions. This has proven to be very effective for weight loss, endurance and improving overall coordination and balance.
