Pilates is the foundation that I believe builds our bodies towards achieving overall health and strength. I have been able to successfully utilise Pilates to help my clients correct or prevent injuries. Pilates builds a strong core to support intensive training, to correct posture and build lean strong muscles. My clients have been able to develop a positive self-confidence and above all relax and destress.

Pilates has allowed me personally to recover from two pregnancies and restore my body to its strong and lean state and along the way has given me a passion for helping others who are in pain or wanting to feel better in their own skin.
